The ECMWF/CLIVAR Workshop on "Simulation and Prediction of Intra-Seasonal Variability with Emphasis on the MJO" was held at ECMWF from 3 to 6 November 2003.
Description
The workshop discussed observations, simulations, predictions and studies of predictability, of seasonal variability with emphasis on the Madden-Julian Oscillation.
The duration of the meeting was 4 days, which allowed two-and-a-half days for lectures, one day for Group discussions, and the final afternoon for a plenary session.
