The Co-ordinating Committee on Remuneration (CCR), the Committee of Representatives of the Secretaries/Directors-General (CRSG) and the Committee of Staff Representatives (CRP) held co-ordination meetings at ECMWF on 22nd and 23rd November 2007.
The CCR was established to make recommendations on remuneration, allowances and pensions to the Councils of the Co-ordinated Organisations - Council of Europe (COE), European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecast (ECMWF), European Space Agency (ESA), Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Western European Union (WEU).
The main topics discussed by the committees included:
- expatriation allowance
- new salary scales for Staff based in Luxembourg
- daily subsistence allowance
