To respond to ECMWF Calls for Proposals via ECMWF's Submission Portal, applicants must register at:
-
https://procurement.ecmwf.int (only when the Call is already open);
-
https://procontract.due-north.com/Register (anytime).
Please note that ONLY the organisation coordinating the preparation of the proposal should register on the portal. The registration process is free of charge and is managed by the portal provider (Proactis / Due North).
During the registration process (on the Areas of Interest step), please select CPV code 73000000 to ensure you receive notifications about SEWA tender and grant opportunities published by ECMWF. You do not have to restrict yourself to those CPV codes if you wish to receive notifications of opportunities issued by other organisations using the same portal.
Applicants should note that the ECMWF SEWA Call Package is composed of a set of documents which can be accessed through the portal. The adverts published in the portal will contain the main document(s) for participating in the grant procedure as attachments. The “Online questionnaire” is the step where all documents are provided and where applicants prepare their responses by answering questions and uploading documents in accordance with the instructions therein. Applicants will need to “register interest” in the Call for Proposals to access the online questionnaire (Registering interest is a step to access the Call Package and does not commit the applicants to respond).
Please refer to the ECMWF Instructions for Applicants for details on how to access the Call Package and submit a proposal on the submission portal. If you have any questions on the grant procedure, please follow the instructions provided to submit your Request for Clarification Form.
Frequently asked questions on using the portal are available here: https://supplierhelp.due-north.com/
