Isabella joined ECMWF in 2018 and is currently Programme Coordination Manager. She supports governance and coordination across ECMWF's European Commission entrusted programmes, including Copernicus and Destination Earth. Her responsibilities span strategic planning, performance monitoring, reporting, stakeholder engagement and organisational coordination, helping ensure alignment between programme objectives, corporate priorities and operational delivery. Working across technical and corporate functions, she facilitates decision-making, manages cross-cutting risks and dependencies, and supports the successful implementation of programme objectives.
