Emma is an experienced Data Policy and Partnerships Coordinator and Senior Analyst at ECMWF. With a background in forecast data licensing and user support, Emma is responsible for providing general user support to over 200 commercial and research users from various industries and research areas.
As part of the ongoing transition from 'closed' data to open data, Emma is actively contributing to the development of licensing rules, harmonisation of licences and communicating changes to users. In addition to these responsibilities, Emma is involved in co-designing and developing applications for internal and external stakeholders to access data.
With a passion for making the best use of weather and climate data, Emma is committed to providing users with the support they need to take full advantage of the data available.
