Dick is an expert in data assimilation and reanalysis. He led the production of the ERA-Interim reanalysis and was responsible for developing the ERA-CLIM and ERA-CLIM2 projects. His current role is to help manage the implementation of the Copernicus Climate Change Service at ECMWF.
