GRIBEX encoding/decoding software

The ECMWF GRIBEX software has been developed for encoding and decoding WMO FM-92 GRIB code messages and some ancillary subroutines for controlling printing and debugging.

GRIBEX has been replaced by GRIB API. GRIBEX is not available for download and is not maintained nor supported any longer.
