To handle the new ECMWF local definition 31 used in the GRIB headers of Eurosip fields, users need to use at least version 000281 of the EMOS library and put Local definition 31, available above, in already installed Local definitions directory - gribtemplates . The file has to be saved with the following name: localDefinitionTemplate_098_000_031.

This Local definition is included in Emos library from version 000360.
