• Our on-line ordering facility will enable you to check the availability, select the data you want and obtain a price for that data on-line.
• This service is provided at handling cost only.
• The pricing which appears in your shopping cart is only an estimate and is subject to confirmation by e-mail from ECMWF Data Services.
• The availability of the products is subject to confirmation by e-mail from ECMWF Data Services.
• You will be requested to print off and manually complete the form (PDF file) attached to the confirmation e-mail we send you. Completed forms should be sent to us by Post or Fax.
• We do not accept payment on-line. Please read our data payment rules.
• The data you order will be delivered to you by post in your chosen media.
• You should allow approximately 10-15 working days for your order to be completed.
